Dear friends:This September, for the eighth time, I will be joining the nationwide movement to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and support those who need us the most, the cancer kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.Can I count on your donation to help me reach my goal? Last year with your help I was able to raise $22,000.Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food, so they can focus on helping their child live. Because of your generous donation, St. Jude can provide the children cutting-edge treatments not covered by insurance, at no cost to families.
When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was largely considered incurable. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate from 20% to more than 80%, and they will not stop until no child dies from cancer. Thank you for supporting me and the lifesaving work happening at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
