Why We Support St. Jude

Making memories. Supporting a mission. That’s why our team has signed up to fundraise for the St. Jude Walk/Run. This October we’re joining the nationwide movement to support the life saving mission of St Jude: Finding cures. Saving children.

Because of the generosity of donors families never receive a bill from St Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food so they can focus on helping their child live.

St Jude Children's Research Hospital founder Danny Thomas once said " I'd rather have a million people give one dollar than one person give a million dollars. That way you've got a million people involved"

You can support by making a donation, joining the walk or praying for the children and families impacted by Pediatric cancer.

When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was considered incurable. Since then, treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent.

And because St. Jude shares the breakthroughs it makes, every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
