St. Jude provided a cure for my daughter, Tatum and HOPE for our entire family.
Tatum had a sudden onset of symptoms on August 16, 2022. They found a large mass in her abdomen they believed to be malignant. We were referred to St. Jude, where we received her diagnosis of High Risk Neuroblastoma, MYCN amplified. She was only 4.5 months old.
Tatum endured 5 rounds of chemoimmunotherapy (combination of chemotherapy and antibody treatments), 2 rounds of high-dose chemotherapy with tandem stem cell transplants, 12 rounds of proton radiation to the abdomen, and 5 rounds of maintenance treatment (consisting of antibody treatments, daily injections, and isotretinoin). She completed treatment in December 2023 and has remained NED (no evidence of disease). She is now a healthy, energetic, hilarious 2.5 year old, who is making up for lost time!
St. Jude has provided much more than Tatum’s treatment. They’ve provided housing, food, support, activities, therapies, travel reimbursement, opportunities for family visits, follow-up scans, and most of all, HOPE during such a difficult time.
We have never received a bill for anything, and we have people like you to thank for this! Please consider joining or donating to our team to raise funds that support not only Tatum, but patients from around the world. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!
