Every step helps save lives.

The St. Jude Walk unites us in the fight against childhood cancer. This September, we'll celebrate Childhood Cancer Awareness Month as a nationwide community to support the lifesaving mission of St. Jude: Finding cures. Saving children.®

Let's cure childhood cancer. Together.

Treatments developed at St. Jude have helped raise the survival rate for children with cancer in the United States, where four out of five children survive cancer. In many countries, however, one out of five children who develop cancer will survive. We won't stop until no child dies from cancer, no matter where they live.

St. Jude has one of the largest pediatric sickle cell programs in the country. We treat children with sickle cell disease from birth through age 18.

Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — so they can focus on helping their child live.

St. Jude treats children with cancer from all over the world.

St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

The number of childhood cancer survivors in the United States is expected to approach 580,000 by 2040.

Our survivorship studies provide a greater understanding of the long-term effects of pediatric cancer treatment and help researchers develop novel approaches to minimize those late effects.

To help raise global survival rates, St. Jude is investing more than $30 million per year in global programs to share knowledge and technology.

Advances made over the past 20 years have raised the life expectancy for a sickle cell patient from mid-20s to mid-40s.

St. Jude Global has helped ensure the continued care of more than 1,000 children from Ukraine.

The ambitious goal of St. Jude Global is to reduce disparities and improve access to, and quality of, care for children with cancer worldwide.
