I support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital because it represents hope and compassion at a time when families are facing the unimaginable. I’ve come to understand, on a personal level, how overwhelming and uncertain a serious health journey can feel—the fear, the questions, and the emotional toll it takes not just on the individual, but on everyone who loves them. That perspective has given me a deeper appreciation for what families of children with cancer are going through, and why the mission of St. Jude matters so much.
No parent should ever have to worry about how to save their child’s life while also worrying about how to pay for it, yet that is a reality many face—except at St. Jude. Families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food, which allows them to focus fully on their child’s healing. Beyond that, St. Jude is leading groundbreaking research that has helped increase childhood cancer survival rates dramatically, and they openly share their discoveries so children everywhere can benefit. Supporting St. Jude, for me, is about standing with these families in their hardest moments, honoring the strength of these children, and being part of a mission that brings real hope, real healing, and a chance at life when it’s needed most.
