I’m joining the nationwide movement to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and support those who need us most — the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. By participating in the St. Jude Walk, I am helping to cure childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Ever since becoming a mom, this has been especially near and dear to my heart. Over the years, I have taught my young daughter about the importance of donating to this cause and helping those who are not as fortunate as her to be healthy and cancer-free. It could happen to any of us, which is why it is so important to do what we can to help others. My daughter looks forward to getting the notes from the children at St. Jude's and responding to them with a donation and return note.
