I'm joining the nationwide movement to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and support the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. As a biochemistry student pursuing a future in cancer research, this cause is personal to me. I've spent my academic career learning about the biology behind these diseases, and I want to help fund the fight against them today, not just study it for tomorrow.
