Logan's Smackdown Squad

If you know us, you know we just returned from a stay at St Jude while Logan received treatment for Synovial Carcinoma. Some of the most frightening words you will ever hear are that your child has cancer. Our lives have been forever changed.  We were fortunate enough to be accepted at St Jude literally within 30 days of our diagnosis. 

Logan also has Fragile X Syndrome, and autism and is limited verbal so all of that on top of cancer, this momma was worried. The minute we stepped foot on that campus, they took care of him and us. 

Every person on our team, on that campus, is what I call our St Jude Angels and when they say you never receive a bill, YOU NEVER RECEIVE A BILL. They housed us for 6 months while he received treatment d treatment and I never had to worry about anything except him. My entire focus was able to be on him and getting him healed. 

On May 6, his scans came back clear! Even then, they continue to take care of you. What they do on that campus and the affiliate campuses is nothing short of a miracle. They really do hope and work towards not one child having to die from cancer. 

St Jude will always hold a special place in my heart and I will work to help pay back even a portion of what they gave to me and our family.
