Grace Nelson was diagnosed with leukemia in June. She is receiving tremendous care at the Children's Hospital of Illinois in Peoria, as a patient of St. Jude. Over the next three years, Grace will receive care from the amazing St. Jude team. We ask that you join our team and walk or run with us on September 19 for Grace and so many other kids like Grace, who are so brave and fighting this disease everyday.
