Why We Support St. Jude

My 4 year old son Liam Matthew Lee is why I support St. Jude. He got sick Christmas Day at his dads house. He came home to my house 3 days later seemingly feeling a little better. By Friday he wouldn't get out of bed. That's when I took him to the ER. at that point they found something. Admitted him to the hospital. The Dr. came in and told me that he was going to be transferred to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. That's where we stayed for the next 4 months beginning his journey with St. Jude. He was diagnosed with Stage IV Wilms Tumor. So this September 16th, I’m joining the nationwide movement to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and support those who need us most — the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Can I count on your donation to help me reach my goal?

Because of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital my son is doing amazing. And they have the best doctors and nurses anyone could ask for. The compassion and determination these doctors have is completely unbelievable. I never in a million years thought my son was gonna be a patient at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and I honestly couldn't be more grateful because of all the do and continue to do.

And because St. Jude shares the breakthroughs it makes, every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
