 My St. Jude Journey 

This September, I?m walking for something that means so much to me personally. As part of ALSAC/St. Jude Children?s Research Hospital®, I?ve had the privilege of seeing up close the incredible impact this mission has on children and families.

I truly love working at St. Jude ? everyone here is so kind, welcoming, and passionate about making a difference. Every day, I?m inspired by my coworkers, the families, and the strength of the kids we?re fighting for.

What makes this year even more special is that I?m not doing this alone ? I?m walking side by side with my mom. Together, we are a team, combining our hearts and our efforts to honor the kids of St. Jude and to show that families everywhere can make a difference when they come together.

That?s why we?re participating in the St. Jude Walk/Run during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food ? and I get to see firsthand how much relief and hope that brings.
