Next Stop: The Chicago Marathon!
After finishing the NYC Marathon in 3:20:11, I’m ready to lace up again—this time for the Chicago Marathon. While I’m chasing a sub-3:00 goal, this race is about so much more than personal records.
I’m running for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, an organization that provides free treatment to children battling life-threatening illnesses while advancing groundbreaking research that’s shared worldwide. St. Jude ensures no family ever receives a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food—because all they should worry about is helping their child get better.
Last year, your donations made a real difference, and I felt every mile was powered by the support you gave to this incredible cause. This time, I’m asking for your help again. Every dollar we raise together will go directly toward giving kids a chance to beat the odds and live healthy, full lives.
Training for a marathon is tough, but it pales in comparison to what these children and their families face every day. Running for St. Jude reminds me why showing up matters and why this journey is worth every early morning and every long mile.
If you’d like to help, please consider donating to my fundraiser. Every contribution—no matter the size—gets us closer to a world where no child dies from cancer.
Let’s make this race count for something bigger than a medal. Let’s go, Chicago! #chicagomarathon #stjudechildrensresearchhospital #runningforacause #sub3goals #keeppushing
