In honor of Children cancer Awareness Month I wanted to share my son Jahmori’s story. At 4 months old on February, 14, 2024 we were sent to the ER by one of Jahmori’s doctors. After many cat scans , MRIs and etc., we were told that they found a tumor in his optic pathway. We were also told that because of how aggressive it was and how quickly it was spreading, we were told that they are not sure if they could save his eyesight. This month Jahmori will be one years old. While he is still facing many obstacles, everyday he is getting smarter and stronger. I know he will overcome this and beat cancer!
