Why We Support St. Jude

St. Jude Walk/Run - Bloomington-Normal, IL

Jacobs Journey

No child should have to have cancer or endure the challenges that it brings. I personally have been donating to St.Jude since I was just out of high school. It made me so sad to see that kids were dealing with cancer. I have always believed it to be so unfair that any child had to endure that and would never have imagined in a million years that it would ever happen to my own.

Making memories. Supporting a mission. That’s why our team has signed up to fundraise for the St. Jude Walk/Run this September as we join the nationwide movement to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and support those who need us most — the kids of St. Jude.

Can we count on you to make a donation or join our team?

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – so they can focus on helping their child live. Because of our generous donors, St. Jude can provide children cutting-edge treatments not covered by insurance, at no cost to families.

When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was largely considered incurable. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate from 20% to more than 80%, and we won't stop until no child dies from cancer.

Thank you for supporting us and the lifesaving work happening at St. Jude today.

Let’s cure childhood cancer. Together.
