Why ENTRUST Supports St. Jude

Since the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at Huntsville Hospital for Women and Children opened, it has provided extraordinary pediatric care for children all across North Alabama. It inspires us to hope for a brighter future while providing families in our community with the resources and support they need during some of the toughest moments of their lives.

In an effort to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, ENTRUST is sponsoring a companywide fundraiser for St. Jude by participating in events across the country. This cause is close to our company because it has had a personal impact on our employees which resulted in St. Jude being decided unanimously to be the organization that we wanted to support.

ENTRUST's Community Involvement Committee provides individuals with opportunities to partner with fellow employees throughout the nation as one united organization. As a corporation, we have the ability to positively benefit our local communities in significant ways.

When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was considered incurable. Since then, treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent.

And because St. Jude shares the breakthroughs it makes, every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
