Why We Support St. Jude

St. Jude Walk/Run - East Tennessee, TN

Hadley Has This

At the age of 2, Hadley was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Acute Myeloid Leukemia, commonly known as AML, is an aggressive blood cancer and remains one of the pediatric cancers with the poorest prognosis. Hadley was flown by helicopter to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital immediately following her diagnosis in February of 2018.

Our family lived in Memphis for 6 months while Hadley received chemo. We never received a bill for any of her treatment. During this time, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital also provided housing and meals for our family, at no cost.

Hadley is now 6 years in remission and finishing 3rd grade. She is healthy and gets to do all the things we had hoped she would someday do! She loves to play outside with her friends, dance, and swim.

We love giving back to the hospital that saved Hadley's life. We hope you will join us on Hadley's team this year for the St. Jude Walk/Run and help us fundraise for St. Jude!

As Danny Thomas said, "No child should die in the dawn of life," and St. Jude is committed to finding a cure for every child affected by childhood cancer. Please be a part of helping us get St. Jude to that point!

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page for the St. Jude Walk/Run!

Our team is committed to fundraise for the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital because St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancers and other life-threatening diseases.

Since opening their doors more than 50 years ago, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate for childhood cancer from 20 percent when their doors first opened to more than 80 percent today -- but there is more work to be done.

That's where you come in. Donations from fundraising events like the St. Jude Walk/Run support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and families will never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food, because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.

St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer--so neither will we. Will you join us by registering for our team or making a donation today?

Your support makes a powerful, lifesaving impact. Let's inspire kindness and find hope because together, nothing is impossible.
