Team Jaylan

This time in 2015 my life was normal. I had a healthy son, Jaylan, and had just given birth to a beautiful baby girl who he named Summer. Jaylan had his tonsils removed in May. Shortly after that he began complaining of headaches. I noticed a change in his coordination and took him to tell doctor. On a June 1, 2015 Jaylan was diagnosed with DIPG and on August 24, 2015 God called my little angel home.
St. Jude made it possible for Jaylan to receive medical care without me having to move away from our home and family. I am walking to raise awareness because pediatric cancer is not rare, as everyone may be led to believe. I also want to help provide funding so that other families can receive the excellent support from St. Jude as Jaylan and I did.
