This year, I celebrate 20 years since being diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. I was not a patient at St. Jude - I never walked through the front doors of St. Jude as a patient - but I am alive today becasue of research and advancements led by St. Jude.
When you give to St. Jude, you are providing HOPE to the families who are walking into St. Jude in Memphis as you read this, but you are also giving to the kiddos who are walking into their hometown hospitals. These kiddos will likely never be treated at St. Jude, but have a chance at life because you choose to support St. Jude.
St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life threatening diseases. When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was largely considered incurable. Since then, St. Jude has helped push the overall survival rate from 20% to more than 80%, and we won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
This September, I’m joining the nationwide movement to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and support those who need us most — the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
Can I count on your donation to help me reach my goal?
Thank you for supporting me and the lifesaving work happening at St. Jude today.
Let’s cure childhood cancer. Together.
