Why I Support St. Jude
As many of you know, my dad bravely fought several forms of cancer over seven years before passing away from brain cancer. During that time, he often shared how sad it made him to think of a child going through the same thing. His words stayed with me — and they’re a big part of why this cause is so close to my heart.
This September, in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, I'm joining the nationwide movement to support the kids of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. By participating in the St. Jude Walk, I’m helping fund research and treatment for childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases — so that no family has to face this alone.
