Why I Support St. Jude
Making memories. Supporting a mission. That’s why I’ve signed up to fundraise for the St. Jude Walk/Run. This September, I am fundraising this year in Memory of my longtime friend and ESA Sister of 40 years Dotti Hunkele. Dotti had Alzheimer’s so I will continue our path that we have been on…we have driven many miles in NC to work Walks, Radiothon’s and the NC St Jude Dream Home built by Jeff Newton.. Dotti was always ready to help raise money for the Kids at St Jude.
i would envite you to join my team, sign up to volunteer or Donate. I will be there to greet you!
Can I count on your donation to help me reach my goal of $2,000?
When St. Jude opened in 1962, childhood cancer was considered incurable. Since then, treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent.
And because St. Jude shares the breakthroughs it makes, every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
Thank you for supporting me and the lifesaving work happening at St. Jude today. Let’s cure childhood cancer. Together And in Honor of Dotti Hunkele.
