St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is a wonderful place. I know from firsthand experience. They have saved thousands of children’s lives. The hospital tries to make the families feel as comfortable as they possibly can during the hard times that they are going through.

I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s at 18 years old and went to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Over the years of going to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, I have met some of the most amazing families, nurses, and doctors that I have ever met. Over the last 25 years, I have been a part of the Life Study at St. Jude. The Life Study brings former patients and performs many tests. At the age of 36, St. Jude Children’s Hospital found that I had breast cancer from the Life Study tests that they performed. Fast-forward to last year, I went back for another Life Study. I was able to bring my fiancé Tommy so that he could experience the wonderful hospital. During this visit, they found that my heart issue was more severe than my cardiologist believed, and I had an aortic valve replacement last October. This is the third time that St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital has saved my life. I cannot express how amazing this hospital is and the gratitude I feel."
