This is our first year participating in the St. Jude Walk, and we would be honored for you to join Team Brooke The Brave on September 26th in Huntsville.

Our sweet daughter-Brooke was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and we were immediately transferred to St. Jude to begin aggressive chemotherapy treatment. Although this has been a life-changing and unexpected journey, St. Jude has been more than accommodating and has helped ease so many of our burdens along the way.

Over the past several months, we have experienced firsthand just how much donations truly impact families like ours. Because of the generosity of so many supporters, we were able to stay at Domino’s Village while Brooke received world-renowned care at St. Jude. We had access to groundbreaking medical research, an incredible medical team, and a comforting place to call home while we were far from our own.

Today, we are grateful to be back home while Brooke continues her treatment through the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic in Huntsville. Although our location has changed, the impact of those donations continues every single day. They make it possible for Brooke to receive exceptional care, innovative treatments, and the support our family needs throughout this journey. We are forever thankful for the generosity that allows families like ours to focus on what matters most—helping our daughter heal.

Not only have they cared so well for Brooke, but our other daughter Brielle has also had access to learning and educational experiences and has been lovingly supported and cared for as well. The entire family has truly benefitted from the compassion and resources provided. 

Every step helps save lives. That’s why our team has signed up to fundraise for the St. Jude Walk as we join the nationwide movement to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and support those who need us most — the kids of St. Jude.
