Why I Support St. Jude

My son just graduated Pre K. 4 years ago  my son was diagnosed with an intrinsic cervicomedullary brainstem glioma. We were told to go home and love him. They gave him 6 months to 9 months to live. I never thought my baby would go to school, have friends, play sports and be a regular crazy boy. A part of me died that day...

St.Jude gave us hope. They showed us light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Here were are 4 years later. My son is now in gymnastics, karate, soccer and just started kindergarten. Last year he got to experience disney world and ride on the back of a real gator at gator land.

Our family now focuses on experiences. Trying to show him all the things life can offer. The future is still unknown. We live life in 6 months increments between scans. His tumor is "stable" which is the best news we can get.

Our family is forever grateful for the hope st.jude and the st.jude community has shown Connor. You all have been here for us in our toughest times. 

None of this would be possible if it wasn't for generous donations to St.jude from people like you. We never recieve a bill.
