Why We Support St. Jude
Team Rathert
I support St. Jude in honor of my husband Dave, who was treated at St. Jude when diagnosed with leukemia (AML) at age 14. When I saw that the St. Louis Walk would be held on September 13, my 50th birthday, participating in the Walk felt like the obvious way to carry the memory of my husband alongside me on this day.
Join us in this nationwide movement during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month by supporting kids receiving treatment at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®. St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
