Why I Support St. Jude

I can't count the number of times I have said, “Thank goodness for St. Jude.” In June of 2011, when we arrived in shock and desperate, they took care of all of us. Thanks to their amazing care, we have our son today. It was - and still is - an incredibly difficult journey for Luca and our family.

We are so amazed at Luca's resilience and what a remarkably kind and empathetic soul he is. He is playing lots of piano, and one of his new passions is the accordion! Lately, he has been interested in the possibility of pursuing medicine professionally and has been working super hard in 10th grade and doing really great with all of his classes.

These are the reasons I fundraise for St. Jude, so our family can continue receiving care. So other families can receive the same care. We have NEVER received a bill for Luca's care, and thanks to people like you who donate, we NEVER will.
