Welcome to my personal fundraising page!
Tiffany and Pete and Sam and I are joining St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and PAWS for St. Jude to help cure childhood cancer.
We will take walks during the month of September to help raise money to cure childhood cancers. As many of you know, Tiffany has cancer so she really wants us to do these walks so that she can help kids just like her. And she can chase squirrels along the way! She may not be able to walk as far or as fast as she used to, but she will do her best. And Pete will be right there with her!
Treatments invented at St. Jude helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to 80 percent since the hospital opened more than 50 years ago.
But fur real—80 percent isn't good enough. We won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
Pediatric cancer treatment can be ruff, and that’s where our furry friends Huckleberry and Puggle come in! They’re the official specially trained service dogs at St. Jude through the Paws at Play hospital dog program.
Huckleberry and Puggle have very important jobs and are always there to help St. Jude kids feel safe and comfortable during treatment, do procedures without sedation, get moving after surgery or during long hospital stays, and reduce stress by providing the best snuggles.
So, how can you help? Make a donation today to help us reach our fundraising goal and make a PAWSitive difference for the kids of St. Jude! Tiffany and Pete thank you!!
