This May, Aiden received the Brian Bush Life Award at Catholic Central's Honors Convocation. The award is given to a freshman that exemplifies high Christian ideals, has experienced positive academic growth, sees Christ in others and appreciates family. This describes Aiden so well.
The Bush family organized a miniature golf fundraiser for St Jude Children's Research Hospital in honor of their late son, Brian. Brian was a freshman at Catholic Central when he passed away in 1989. He had battled a brain tumor for five years and was a patient at St Jude's. This fundraiser is in it's 31st year. Last year this event raised over $40,000 for St Jude Children's Research Hospital. Our family will be participating in the event this year to honor Brian's life. Please consider helping us support St Jude Children's Research Hospital by making a donation today. Thank you!
I am raising funds to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's lifesaving mission of finding cures for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases, and I need your help to reach my fundraising goal.
How your donation helps:
- Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
- Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago. We won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
- St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. St. Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
Thank you for your support! Together we can help St. Jude change the world.
