On March 8, 1999, Brenda and I made a decision to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as a Partner in Hope and donate monthly to support the great work of this organization. A personal goal was met in February 2016 when we were able to go to Memphis and tour the hospital and learn more about its history, its mission, its successes and its outreach. Not only are they a world leader in children's cancer research and patient care, but NO CHILD has ever or will ever be turned away for lack of money. Parents and loved ones can also recieve financial support for housing, transportation and meals while in Memphis for their child's treatment so that they can concentrate on caring for their child and not worry about mounting bills or financial hardship.
Starting this year, I have decided to dedicate my birthday, July 18, to raise money for St. Jude. I and my family have been so blessed in life and we not only want to continue our financial support of St. Jude, but we want to give you the opporunity to support the life changing and life saving work that they perform every single day.
I am raising funds to support St. Jude's lifesaving mission of finding cures for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases, and I need your help to reach my fundraising goal.

- Thanks to donors like you, no family ever receives a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
- Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
