Hello! Welcome to my fundraising page for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and its lifesaving mission of finding cures for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases. This is my fourth year in a row raising money with the Brand and Content team at Informa TechTarget!
I need your help to reach -- or surpass! -- my fundraising goal. This year, I'm raising money in honor of my aunt Sharon, who we lost in January to cancer and who was a staunch supporter of St. Jude.
How your donation helps:
- Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — so they can focus on helping their child live.
- Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened in 1962. And they won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
- St. Jude shares the breakthroughs it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands of children.
Can't donate a lot? No biggie -- anything helps! No donation is too small.
Here's what your donation can buy:
- $5 gets five pediatric isolation masks.
- $10 provides one platelet count test for a St. Jude patient.
- $20 gets a patient's school supplies.
- $25 helps patients get rehab equipment when they recover.
- $50 gives a patient two days of meals.
