I am raising funds to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's lifesaving mission of finding cures for children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases, and I need your help to reach my fundraising goal.
My kind, resilient grandson Dylan is in remission as of June 2024!
He battled for a year after being diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma on 7/1/2024!! His protocol consisted of 42 weeks of chemotherapy at the St. Jude Affiliate at Children’s Hospital of Illinois in Peoria, including 33 proton radiation treatments in Memphis.
I never heard one negative comment, one “Why me?” or observed signs of resentment or anger from this extraordinary young man.
If only we could all imitate such courage and deep faith in the unexpected challenges in our lives.
