A small group of runners came together in 2010 to run for St. Jude as a way to support a brave young lady in our community fighting cancer. Her cancer has since gone into remission, but we still keep running for the kids and families of St. Jude Children's Hospital. We hope you will join us either through a donation to a runner or the team. We are also always looking for runners to join in the fun!
Our relay team is running from Macomb to Peoria for the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, who are battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago. St. Jude is working to drive the overall survival rate for childhood cancer to 90%, and they won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
Will you join our team and help us make a difference in lives of St. Jude kids?
