Why I support St. Jude:
On July 1st of last year our son, Dylan (16) was diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma. Dylan was preparing for his junior year at Peoria Notre Dame HS, where he plays basketball, tennis and is on the bass fishing team.
Dylan recently completed his 40th and final week of scheduled chemotherapy. He spent 7 weeks at St Jude Chidren’s Research Hospital in Memphis, where he received 33 proton radiation treatments. We have NEVER received a bill for anything! ALL medical costs, housing and meals were covered by St. Jude.
For many years Mo and I have donated to several St Jude runners. At the end of our first week in Memphis, I told Dylan,”St Jude spent more money on us this week than mom and I have donated in 15 years.”
I’m asking for your help in supporting St Jude Children’s Research Hospital as they work to find a cure and end childhood cancer. Your donation will help families like ours and children like Dylan.

Thank you for visiting my St. Jude Runs fundraising page!
St. Jude Runs is more than a run — I’m going the distance to support the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital: Finding cures. Saving children.®
Every dollar makes an impact, and I need your help to reach my goal! Can I count on your donation to help the kids of St. Jude?
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since it opened 60 years ago— but there is still work to be done.
St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer, and neither will I. Will you support me by making a donation today? Let’s cross the finish line together!
