Why I support St. Jude:
My 4 year old son Jaxon was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblast Leukemia on January 11th, 2022. This was absolutely the hardest day of mine and our families life. Our lives were changed with the words, "Jaxon has cancer." Since that day, Jaxon has gone through so much; steroids, chemo, hospital stays, surgeries, more chemo, mood changes, and so much more. For about a month, we lost our little boy to the numerous drugs he had to take to fight the cancer cells. Today, Jaxon is in remission, thanks to the amazing team on the OSF Pediatric Hem/Onc floor and the OSF St. Jude Clinic. They have been so amazing to our family and with keeping us informed and prepared.
Each donations helps not only Jax, but all children suffering from pediatric cancer. St. Jude is an amazing foundation that helps all families not having to bear the burden of medical, travel, and meal expenses. Taking care of a child with cancer is a full-time job and can be extremely expensive. St. Jude takes all of that away and lets families be with each other and not have to worry about those expenses.
Please, take the time to research St. Jude, but mostly help the families of St. Jude by making a donation. Just the smallest amount helps!!!!
St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer, and neither will I. Will you support me by making a donation today? Let’s cross the finish line together!
