Growing up in the Peoria area, I watched this event grow to what it is now. While breaking records every year is an incredible feat, we can always do more for these kids! I always wanted to be a part of this event and do what I can to contribute. I lost my father to cancer ten years ago. I want to help raise money for this organization so that someday, children don’t have to go through what my father had to go through. Now having a son of my own, the reality of what these kids experience only makes me want to help more.
I'm part of this year's relay team for the St. Jude Peoria Run. Please help me reach my fundraising goal for the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, who are battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Thanks to generous donors:
- Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
- Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer, and neither will I. Will you support me by making a donation?
