Dear friends and family,
Because I can, I want to run for those who can't.
I have always heard of people raising money and running for St. Jude. Then, on March 2, 2017, one of my best friends called me to let me know that her son, Ian, was heading to the hospital because he had been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. That is why I decided to join the team to run from Metamora to Peoria. It has been an exhausting road for the Wallace family, but with St. Jude, they know they are right where they need to be. The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
Will you help me support St. Jude by donating today? Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, and food -- because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. Your donations make that possible.
Because the majority of St. Jude funding comes from individual contributors, St. Jude has the freedom to focus on what matters most -- saving kids regardless of their financial situation.
St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer, and neither will I, but I need your help.
