This year Adam and I are part of a relay team for the St. Jude Peoria Run! As many of you know - my little brother was diagnosed with ALL - Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia back in 2006. Back then we didn't have the facilities that we do now in Peoria. Our whole family spent a lot of time down in Memphis. We have been passionate about St. Jude ever since. Not just because we know how important it is, but because we walked it as a family. And I am so happy to say that 14 years later and my little brother is still CANCER FREE and we have St. Jude to thank for that.
Thanks to generous donors:
- Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
- Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer, and neither will I. Will you support me by making a donation?
