Since 2007 I have participated in the St. Jude Memphis to Peoria run, either as a runner or a fundraiser. My first year left a huge impact and it has since became a huge passion of mine to give to this hospital who does so much for so many people. In recent years touring the facilities on the St. Jude campus I am always amazed at the things they think of. St. Jude families are cared for in every capacity during the most trying times of their lives. St. Jude doctors also have the resources they need to work tirelessly in the lab and take their findings straight to the patient and see for themselves the life-saving treatments they have created. All this is possible because of YOU! This year is my 10th year on the Memphis to Peoria Run. I have set a lofty goal of raising $10,000 for my 10th year. I know current circumstances make it unable for many to donate. If you are able, St. Jude needs you now more than ever! Even though fundraisers have been cancelled since mid-March, treatment still continues. Cancer doesn't stop and neither does St. Jude. Please consider helping me reach my fundraising goal for the kids of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!
Thanks to generous donors:
- Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
- Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer, and neither will I. Will you support me by making a donation?
