Hello! Kylie, Kimberly, and Elizabeth are running the 2021 Bank of America Chicago Marathon for a bigger purpose by fundraising for the kids and families at St. Jude. We're fundraising while we train for our race so we can make a difference in the lives of kids with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
A little backstory about the three of us: We are on our high school cross country team and are currently juniors. When we run the race, we will be seniors. We were trying to think of ideas of how we could make a big impact before high school ended and one of us suggested, "Let's run a marathon. Why not? It will keep us motivated to run year-round anyways." From there, the choice was made to create a fundraising team to run for a worthy cause.
We are training together in order to cross the finish line on race day, October 10, 2021. With your donations, we can all cross the fundraising finish line together because the money you donate helps find a cure for childhood cancer. Together, our team wants to do more than run. We want to work to support the live-saving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Thank you in advance to anyone who donates. We are extremely grateful for your generosity and kindness.
...Donate today to help us reach our goals. Even when the race is over, the fight to end childhood cancer continues...
