I am both extremely humbled and honored to be able to represent St. Jude Children’s Hospital at the 2020 TCS New York City Marathon. The incredible work of the team at St. Jude, as well as the brave children and families they serve, will inspire and carry me throughout my training and through every step of my 26.2 mile journey on the streets of New York City.
As a St. Jude Hero, I am fundraising for St. Jude Children’s Hospital as a part of a nationwide alliance against childhood cancer.
The money that St. Jude Heroes raise helps ensure families never received a bill for travel, treatment, housing or food--- because all a family should have to worry about is helping their child live.
Take the journey with me and #runwithchris! Please donate whatever you can to this amazing cause and help support St. Jude Children’s Hospital on my way to the 2020 TCS New York City Marathon.
Did you know:
- Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food - because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
- Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago. St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
- St. Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
Donate today to help me reach my goal! Even when the race is over, the fight to end childhood cancer continues.
