I was born and raised in UK, but had the opportunity to live in different countries through living in a military family. I, myself also served in the British Armed Forces for 7 years before moving into management and real estate business.
My wife, Pauline and I have always been passionate about helping children in need. We have 8 sponsored children living in India, China, Romania, Ghana, Congo and Sierra Leone respectively. We hope to provide them with better quality of living and essential health care. Our hearts also go to those who battle with cancer, particularly to children. It is just heartbreaking to see children having to through that. This is why we support St Jude, they don’t just provide the children with treatments, they truly care for them! We love their core belief that no patients and their families should worry about bills!
I’ll be doing 4 races in the months of March, April and May 2020, with the first one being Race Across Texas Challenge. This is a 214 miles race with 9,500 feet of climbing, it will take place on 28th March 2020. Followed by Tour de Summerlin in Las Vegas, Belgium Waffle Ride in California and Fire Road 100 miles Gravel Ride in Utah.
I’m fundraising while I train for these races, please support St Jude and remember that there is no amount too small! Start saving lives by clicking the donate button!
Thank you so much for your generosity!!!
Did you know:
- Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food - because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
- Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago. St. Jude won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
- St. Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
Donate today to help me reach my goal. Even when the race is over, the fight to end childhood cancer continues.
