Why we are fundraising for St. Jude
Our family is raising money for St Jude because we know first hand the battle kids face with a cancer diagnosis. Kurt was diagnosed with a rare bone cancer many years ago and lost his left leg. He underwent 13 months of chemotherapy treatment and knows how important it is to have family close and the support of a great team. Eli and Briggs found out about Skeletons for Hope and immediately wanted to join! We will have a spooky, nautical themed display up thru Halloween for families to enjoy.
Thanks to you donors like you, no family ever receives a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food - because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
Join me! Together we can help St. Jude change the world.
