2022 HOKA HEY MOTORCYCLE CHALLENGE THEME:
The Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge is a motorcycle endurance challenge. Entry is limited to riders of American-made V-twin-style motorcycles. It is named after a rallying call of the Sioux Indians and is designed to test the participants' physical, mental and emotional boundaries. Challenge routes travel secondary roads with directions revealed at a series of specific checkpoints. The event guidelines prohibit speeding and require contenders to sleep outside throughout the entire course.
The very essence of the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge is based on ‘Wolakota’; a Lakota ideal of living. By upholding the philosophy of Wolakota through RESPECT, HONOR, INTEGRITY, COMPASSION, PERSEVERANCE and SACRIFICE.
Why I'm fundraising for St. Jude
Thanks to you donors like you, no family ever receives a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food - because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
Join me! Together we can help St. Jude change the world.
