My goal is to run a large, professional strongman show where all proceeds are donated to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. I would like to design the show such that local competitors are highlighted and celebrated, while also bringing awareness and patronage to local small businesses and event sponsors. I want to use this as an opportunity to give back to those less fortunate while also growing the sport of Strongman in Colorado and surrounding states. We as athletes are blessed to use our bodies for competition, and therefore, it is our duty to use those talents and abilities to support and bless those who may not be so capable.
This will be the second show in an ongoing series in order to raise money yearly for the children of St. Jude. Last year, we beat my personal goal by raising $10,530 for St. Jude. This year, we're aiming even higher - it's our duty and blessing to do everything we can to help these kids.
The show will take place at the Dry Dock Brewery - North Dock on 9/02/2023. The events will include a Max Circus Dumbbell, Trump Log for Reps, Dry Dock Grand Prix Medley, Axle Deficit Deadlift for Reps, and the Baron of The Bags. There will also be a Pro Men's division competing for a large cash prize. All athlete fees and 100% of all spectator fees go straight to St. Jude's - all are welcome! Feel free to sign up, sponsor an athlete, or just donate here!
Why I'm fundraising for St. Jude
Thanks to you donors like you, no family ever receives a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food - because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20% to more than 80% since it opened more than 50 years ago.
Join me! Together we can help St. Jude change the world.
