The end of childhood cancer starts with me, and you can help.
We have all known people - too many people - who were taken from their loved ones by cancer. It is a cruel disease, most of all when it strikes a child. That's why I've signed up to support my fraternity brothers at Albion College as they participate in the St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood Cancer, and I need you to help me reach my fundraising goal.
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is where doctors send their toughest cases, because it has the world's best survival rates for the most aggressive childhood cancer.
Join me, and help the kids of St. Jude win the fight.
How your support helps St. Jude patients and kids all over the world:
- Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for anything, because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
- Treatments developed at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since it opened more than 50 years ago. We won't stop until no child dies from cancer.
- St. Jude freely shares the breakthroughs it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
Entertainer and TKE member Danny Thomas had a vision: that no child should die in the dawn of life. By supporting his legacy at St. Jude, ordinary people like you and I are making that dream a reality.
