On April 10th of this year, my son David died from the complications of Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor. He fought with every fiber possible for more than two years against this incredibly rare tumor type. There are very few places in the world that have any experience with DSRCT and St. Jude is one of them. His team at St. Jude provided David with the greatest possible care...all at little to no cost.
Your contribution will allow families like mine, those fighting for the life of their son or daughter, a real chance. The advances St. Jude has made towards eliminating childhood cancer over the last 50 years is nothing short of amazing, but there is so much more work that needs to be done.
I hope you will consider either joining me to run on December 2nd or making a contribution. Thank you!
