St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Nashville Marathon & 1/2 Marathon

Ian's Rockin' Runners

This year, Ian and Ian's Rockin' Runners are running in memory of Ian's Uncle Phil Davison. Ian loved his Uncle Phil, and Phil loved Ian. Phil was also passionate about running and raising money for St. Jude. So much so, that Phil started his own race in Fayetteville, AR in order to raise money for St. Jude.

One of our favorite times of the year is the weekend surrounding the St. Jude Rock n Roll Nashville Marathon. Most years, Phil would stay with us for the weekend, and run the race/cheer Ian on as he would run the 5k or finish the half with family members. We're going to miss those times.

We'd love to have you join our team in Memory of Uncle Phil as well as to support St. Jude and Ian as he runs the 5k again this year.

Our team wants to do more than run. We want to help run St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. We're fundraising while we train for our race so we can make a difference in the lives of kids with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

  • Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about it helping their child live.
  • Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since it opened more than 50 years ago. St. Jude is working to drive the overall survival rate for childhood cancer to 90 percent, and they won't stop until no child dies from cancer.

Join us as we help run St. Jude!
