I am running again in honor of my son, Jason. Jason was diagnosed in February of 2016 with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. It has been a very long road for Jason since that diagnosis, much longer than my marathon. By December Jason will have endured almost two years of chemotherapy and multiple hospital stays. Even if things go well, he will still have ten months of chemotherapy ahead of him. I am running for him and asking you to help support my goal of raising $5,000 for St. Jude.
I have personally seen how special St. Jude is. In all our time with St. Jude, we have never received a bill for any aspect of Jason's care. This is a blessing to us; it is life saving to others. St. Jude gives so many families hope that they can cure their loved ones without the worry of financial ruin.
Most importantly, St. Jude is doing research to prevent other kids from having to go through what Jason has. St. Jude shares that research with other hospitals totally free of charge.
Please donate to help me reach my goal and help St. Jude fight childhood cancer.
