This page is dedicated to the memory of Jim Talerico, a loving son, brother and father.

Jim was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer that had metastasized to his liver in 2005. He spent the next 7 years on and off (mostly on) chemo fighting the cancer.

He retired from the US Postal Inspection Service as a Homeland Security Coordinator in January 2011 after 30 years with the US Postal Service.

Jim finally succumbed to the disease on March 27, 2012. He was only 51, not a child by any means.

Jim felt strongly about supporting St Jude Children's Hospital.

Jim's life was all too short. He was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.

Our Deepest Sympathy in the death of Jimmy. Donna and Tony have kept us informed on his condition. He is truly in a better place and free of pain. We love you

My heart-felt sympathy and prayers go out for Jim and Jim's family on this sad day. Jim was a great friend and mentor of mine. He redefined the words "determination" and "tough". I will miss him much.
