General Questions
What if I don't see my fundraising idea listed on the landing page?

Yes! You can have more than one active fundraiser at the same time.
Does my fundraiser need to have an end date?
No, you can fundraise whenever and however is convenient for you.
Can I extend my YCFSJ fundraiser deadline?
Yes, you can change your event date in the fundraising center.
Is there a minimum amount I need to fundraise?

I've fundraised for St. Jude in the past and received support materials (banners, balloons, t
shirts). How can I receive those materials this year?
We do not provide event day support materials.
I have questions about making edits to my fundraising page. Who do I contact?
Please reach out to our coordinator support team by calling 1-800-457-2444.
I would like someone from St. Jude to attend my fundraising event/Zoom meeting. How do I make the
request?
Please submit your request to our coordinator support team by calling 1-800-457-2444. Please note
that requests should be made at least 60 days in advance.
I usually submit my reward order with my coordinator support specialist. The prizes I receive are
based on the amount I raised the previous year. Why am I not able to continue submitting my order with
coordinator support?
Because of changes in our process, we ask coordinators to submit participant information to redeem
rewards. The best way to do this is to create a registration process for event supporters so that
fundraising amounts can be tallied, and rewards can be sent directly to each participant. If you are
unable to obtain email addresses for your participants, submit their names and fundraising amounts (or
entrance fees) to your coordinator support specialist.
Will St. Jude provide a tax receipt to individuals who give at my event?
Yes! Tax acknowledgements are sent to individuals who give directly to St. Jude via your fundraising
page, via check or money order sent to us via mail. There is no way for us to acknowledge donations
that are not given directly to us, however. Lump sum donations that are submitted for several
individuals do not qualify.
Can I use the logo for flyers and banners I want to create myself?
Due to our branding restrictions, we cannot approve the usage of the logo. You can use the phrase
"Benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®" in any marketing or promo items
you create.
I participated in one of the Facebook challenges. Can you help me with my fundraising page?
