St. Jude Runs is a relay-style endurance event benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Runners begin their journey at the St. Jude campus in Memphis, TN, or one of 38 satellite communities in Illinois and Missouri, and run to Peoria, IL, home of the St. Jude Midwest Affiliate.

St. Jude Runs has raised more than $40.5 million for the kids of St. Jude since it was co-founded by Mike McCoy and Gene Pratt in 1982. In 2015, the program attracted 2,800 runners and volunteers and raised $4.55 million.
